When booking, we ask for a deposit that is equal to the first nights stay. This deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking, we may allow you to move the deposit to a different day. However, this cannot be done when the arrival is within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival
If a booking for 3 nights or longer is cancelled within two weeks of arrival, we charge an 80% cancellation fee unless we are able to relet the room. For this reason, we recommend that full insurance is taken out.
Dinners are charged at £ 31 per night for three courses. A deduction of £ 5 is made for each course not taken. For dinners that are booked at time of booking only a deduction of £ 3 per day is made.

We do accept one dog at a cost of £ 5 per night, this is to cover the increased cost of our cleaning. Dogs are accepted in certain rooms only, please can you telephone us to inform us if you wish to bring a dog. For the comfort of our guests, we only allow two dogs in the hotel at any one time
We try, as far as possible to keep you in the room that you have booked. However, if it may be necessary to swap to one of equal standard and type. If you have a particular reason for wanting a particular room, then please advise us on booking
